"My Discount Code Wouldn’t Work"
I got an email with a promo code and figured I’d use it at checkout, but every time I entered it, it kept saying the code was invalid. I reached out to support hoping they could fix it, but they just told me to try again later. After going back and forth with it, it felt like a waste of time.

"So Much for Transparency"
I was hoping for something a little more straightforward, but apparently “clear” was not really on the menu. The whole experience felt vague enough that trusting it became difficult. Funny how something meant to feel transparent ended up feeling anything but.

Ordering it was smooth, so I was feeling hopeful at first. But once it arrived, I just felt a bit disappointed. For the price, it didn’t really feel worth it to me, and the shipping took longer than I was expecting, which made the whole thing more frustrating. Maybe other people would be happier with it, but it just didn’t hit the mark for me

"Refund took longer than expected"
Returning my order ended up being way more confusing than I thought it would be. After I paid, I started to feel a little unsure about trusting the process because getting clear answers wasn’t easy. I had to email them a few times, and the refund took quite a while to finally show up. They did refund me in the end, but the whole thing felt messier than it needed to be

I ended up reaching out to them about my order because I needed an update, and it took longer than I expected to hear back. When they did reply, they were polite and helpful enough, but the whole back-and-forth felt slow. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, I just wish they had been a bit quicker with updates.

I was kind of surprised by how little there was to choose from. I went in looking for a few basic things and they just weren’t there, which was frustrating. Weirdly, I remember the shelf with one random bright blue mug on it more than anything else. Overall, the selection just felt too small

"Managing my subscription was simple"
I was a little nervous about changing my subscription online, but my experience with Stop Aging Now was really easy. Once I logged in, I could clearly see what I had active and when my next order was scheduled.
I ended up pausing one item and updating my card, and I was glad I didn’t have to call customer service to do it. The confirmation email showed up quickly too, which gave me peace of mind.
Overall, it just worked the way I hoped it would. It saved me time and made managing my subscription feel simple, so I’d definitely give it 5 stars.

"Solid packaging. Nice."
Got my order and everything was packed really well. The bottles were safe, no leaks at all. Yay. The box did have a small dent, but nothing inside was damaged, so no big deal. Happy with it overall

"My order was messed up"
I was excited when my package finally showed up, but that went away fast when I opened it. One thing I ordered was missing completely, and another item wasn’t even the right one. I tried reaching out to support and, to be fair, they did respond eventually, but it took longer than I expected. I really wanted to feel like it got sorted out, but I’m still frustrated because it doesn’t seem like the order was fully fixed.
